Job Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients at home.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist patients with daily living activities when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
Educate patients and family members on healthcare needs.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
